2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally considered final sale:

• Items clearly marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

• Gift cards.

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Final-sale restrictions do not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law for defective, damaged, or misrepresented merchandise.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including size changes or changes of mind.

Golden Circle Clothing will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required because we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Golden Circle Clothing is not responsible for return packages lost in transit before receipt, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment.

We will evaluate missing-package claims individually and work with the shipping carrier when appropriate. Customer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
